JCDC is part of a National Referral / Resource rehabilitation / educational network that ensures continued support for children with special needs and their families
JCDC exists
- To transfer education / knowledge / expertise in rehabilitation / inclusive education to the environment of children with special needs.
- To train / educate / empower families of children with special needs.
- To contribute towards developing the national rehabilitation policy.
- To be the voice of / the address for children with special needs and their families.
