JPBC receives a delegation from Washington Cathedral

The Jerusalem Princess Basma Centre received a delegation from Washington Cathedral, headed by the Reverend John Peterson. The Cathedral has been keen to support JPBC for many years.

From her side, the General Director of the Jerusalem Princess Basma Centre, Mrs. Violette Mubarak stressed the JPBC vision for all Palestinian Children with disabilities to have access to quality health services and inclusive education, can participate and influence, and have hope and opportunities. She also pointed out the importance of supporting JPBC through small or big grants, all of which enhance the organization’s capabilities to continue providing its unique and valuable services.

The visit included a tour around all the facilities in the Child Rehabilitation Centre and the Inclusive School. This tour aims to provide a detailed explanation of the nature of our services and the conditions treated. A number of people in the delegation expressed their admiration for the level and quality of services provided at JPBC, offering that services here are comparable with those provided in rehabilitation centers in the United States.
